1/2 Cucumber, sliced
1 Lemon, sliced
1 tbsp Fresh Ginger, grated
1/3 cup Fresh Parsley or Cilantro
1 glass Filtered Water
1 tbsp Aloe Vera Juice (optional)
1. Wash all vegetables thoroughly.
2. Slice the cucumber and lemon (keep skins on if organic).
