2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups baby spinach
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
3 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz penne or fettuccine
Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
2. Sear chicken in olive oil until golden; set aside.
