These no-bake peanut butter bars are rich, satisfying, and take just minutes to prep. Great for snacks or dessert!
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
Optional: 1 cup melted chocolate for topping
1. In a bowl, mix melted butter and peanut butter until smooth.
2. Add powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Stir well.
3. Press mixture into a greased 8×8 dish.
4. (If using) Pour melted chocolate on top.
5. Refrigerate until firm, then cut into bars.
