Healthy and refreshing frozen yogurt popsicles made with real fruit, honey, and creamy Greek yogurt. A perfect easy dessert recipe for hot days!
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen fruit (e.g., strawberries, mango, blueberries)
2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1. Blend yogurt, fruit, honey, and vanilla in a blender until smooth.
2. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
5. Remove from molds and enjoy!
For swirl pops, blend fruit separately and layer with yogurt in molds. Great for kids and can be made dairy-free with coconut yogurt.
