These Hot Honey Air Fryer Salmon Bites are the ultimate quick dinner. Perfectly seasoned salmon cubes, air-fried until crispy, and tossed in a sticky sweet and spicy glaze. Ready in under 10 minutes!

Ingredients

1 lb (450g) Salmon fillets (skinless, cubed)

1 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Smoked Paprika

1/2 tsp Onion Powder

Salt & Black Pepper

— SAUCE —

2 tbsp Honey

1 tbsp Sriracha (or chili sauce)

1 tsp Soy Sauce (or Tamari)

1 tsp Lemon Juice

1 clove Garlic, minced

Instructions

1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).

2. Pat the salmon dry and cut into 1-inch cubes.

3. Toss salmon with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

4. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.

5. Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy edges form.

6. Meanwhile, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic.

7. Toss the hot salmon bites in the sauce immediately after cooking.

8. Garnish with green onions and serve.

Notes

Ensure the salmon is completely dry before seasoning to get maximum crispiness.

Don’t stack the cubes; cook in batches if necessary.
