Ingredients

3 tbsp all-purpose flour

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp maple syrup or sugar

2 tbsp milk (any kind)

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Optional: chocolate chips, nuts, pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Mash banana in a microwave-safe mug.

2. Add peanut butter, milk, vanilla, and sweetener. Stir well.

3. Mix in flour and baking powder until combined.

4. Fold in chocolate chips or toppings if using.

5. Microwave on high for 60–80 seconds.
