If you are writing about something on a page, say which page. If you are telling us a citation is wrong or a claim is out of date, that is the most useful letter we get and it goes to the front of the queue — corrections are made on the article itself and the review date moves when they are.
Two things we cannot do
- We cannot advise you on a medication or a condition. Nobody here is qualified to, and a stranger by email is the worst possible place for that conversation. Take it to a clinician who knows your history.
- We cannot tell you whether a supplement will work for you. If a page here says the evidence is missing, that is the whole of what we know, and no email will produce a better answer.
