This is a home kitchen site. Every preparation here is written out in full — the amounts, the steps, and what it costs to make — because a recipe that stops halfway is not a recipe. When somebody claims one of these preparations will do something for your health, we go and look at what the research says, and we report what we find even when the answer is that nobody has checked properly.
No recipe here sits behind a sign-up, a video, or a purchase. A few pages do link to a product readers keep asking about, and those links are marked as sponsored — how that works is written out on the about page, and the verdict on the page is the same either way.
